As a culinary oncological nutritionist and my years of affiliation with the National Center for Integrative Health, The Cancer Project, Forks Over Knives, The Plantrician Project, The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education, I am pleased to announce, after much anticipation from my clients, prepared foods to go program “Cuisine RX”
The purpose: to enhance your immune system, create beneficial flora and ease side effects of medications. The result: prevention of disease and its recurrence, ease the stress throughout treatment with the proper nutrition, to use your energy for healing and experience positive side effects from this “prescription.”
Whether it be for primary cancer prevention, prevention of recurrence or support during or after treatment, the tremendous power of food to harm or to heal has been largely overlooked by medical practitioners and consequently medical consumers.
In collaboration with renowned Chef Dan Vogt of Hello Chef, meals with be carefully prepared to provide properly combined, healthy, functional foods on a weekly or monthly basis. Coaching and Custom Plans will also be available upon request.
